Cost & Registration: $40/person (same price for scout, sibling + adults)
Includes all meals from Friday Dinner thru Sunday breakfast + ALL activities and adventures for the weekend.
Ensure to save receipts for Den/Patrol led cooking (Sat breakfast + lunch and Sunday grab and go) - $5/person per meal.
You are only responsible for cooking for your Den for 3 meals; not the entire pack.
***Make sure to work on ideas for a Skit that can incorporate the theme 6/7 vs. 41 so we have a chance to win the spirit bead***

6:30am – 7:15am – Breakfast preparation - (Led by Den Grubmasters) - Coffee provided by the pack
7:15am – 8:00am – Breakfast
8:20am – 8:50am – Opening Flag Ceremony (Roads shut down)
9:00am – 12:10pm – Morning District-Wide Group Activities (all ranks) (Roads open up temporarily for late arrivals ~11:30am)
12:20pm – 1:30pm – Lunch (Led by Den Grub masters)
1:40pm – 4:30pm – Bears + WEBELOS, troop rotations at various campsites.
2:00pm – 4:00pm – Den Time/Skit preparation + District Arts & Crafts at Dining Hall
4:00pm – 4:45pm – Dinner preparation led by Adam + Cooking Crew
4:45pm – 6:00pm – Dinner (pack-wide)
6:15pm – 6:30pm – Closing Flag Ceremony
6:30pm – 7:30pm – District Campfire Program (each den prepares a skit or song)
7:45pm – 9:00pm – District Movie/Star Gazing with telescope
8:00pm – 9:30pm – Troop Sponsored Afterparty/Cracker Barrel (Bears + WEBELOS)
10pm – Lights out
Friday Dinner – Pack Led - Hobo Stew & Loaded Baked Potatoes

Saturday Dinner - Pack Led - Cubmaster Adam's Famous BBQ, Hobo veggie packets + alternative options for dietary restrictions upon request via registration.
