When Is Rocket Launch?
Saturday, May 17 at Pope High School Practice Field from 2-5pm
Do I have to register?
Yes, please register via our simple Google Form.
Do I have to stay the entire time 2-5pm?
No! This is a casual event, stop by any time to launch your rocket!
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! This event is to show the community how FUN scouts is and allow folks to get to know our pack better, no matter the age, ALL are welcome!
What is the cut off for registration?
April 15, 2025
What is the cost for my rocket kit?
Pack 770 scouts who have paid dues will receive a rocket kit as part of their 770 membership.
This event is also open to friends and siblings, so please forward this email! The participation fee for non-scouts is $12, and this fee will cover the cost of additional supplies. We will collect fees on the day of the event (cash or Zelle).
Where and when can I pick up my kit?

When should my scout build their kit?
Rocket Build Pizza Party - May 4, 2025 from 5-6:30pm - Trtit.
No later than 48 hours before the event; build instructions are included with the kit and are easy to follow. It’s never too early to build your kit, but I recommend building it at least 48 hours before the event. Glue is required, and if not given enough time to dry, then your scout’s rocket might explode in midair and your scout will be sad.
Where is my rocket engine?
Don’t worry! We’ll have engines, starters, plugs, and wadding for all participants on the day of the event.
Will outside kits be permitted?
